Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew has expressed excitement after coming off the bench to provide the assist for Crystal Palace's winner against Leicester City.
With Roy Hodgson returning to Selhurst Park after replacing Patrick Vieira, the Ghana international started from the bench.
Ayew replaced Wilfried Zaha right at the stroke of half-time after the Ivorian attacker picked up an injury.
The Black Stars forward combined with fellow second-substitute Jean-Phillipe Mateta to steal a late winner for the Eagles.

“It’s very good – it’s been a while since we have put in a good performance like this,” he said, as quoted by cpfc.co.uk.
“In the first-half we deserved to be leading already, but obviously it was 0-0. These kinds of games are really tight.
“They came back, they gave us some pressure and we did a tactical tweak which put us in danger a bit, but after they scored we kept on pushing and we managed to get the free-kick equaliser.
“Then the last-minute goal is always wonderful when you are the team that scores it. It is a little step forwards, there is a long way to go but it is a big three points.”
Leicester City opened the scoring after 56 minutes through Ricardo Pareira before Daniel Iversen's own goal three minutes later levelled the scores.
