Chelsea seem to have acquired a combination of excellent crosses a crucial tackles in Malo Gusto after the 19-year-old was announced as the Blues’ latest signing on Sunday, January 29.
Gusto signed a deal running up until the year 2030, but will not feature for Chelsea until next summer as he is set to see out a loan deal with his current club Lyon.
According to a statement from Lyon, the deal includes 5m euro (£4.4m) in add-ons.
"The defender will now continue his impressive progress on loan [at Lyon] before joining up with the Blues in the summer ahead of the new campaign," Chelsea said in a statement. Chelsea said in a statement.

Gusto’s move to Chelsea was one that some fans saw coming, especially with the rumor mill going round in recent days.
The 19-year old has been touted as one of the best right backs in world football at the moment, and is largely viewed as a long term replacement for Ceasar Azpilicueta.
What does Gusto offer?
An exciting compilation video has since emerged on social media giving Chelsea fans a hint of what the 19-year-old can offer.
Defensively, Gusto is clearly a player that is not afraid to lunge in for a tackle, especially against the pacey wingers.
And going forward, the Frenchman is known to be an excellent crosser of the ball, especially with his right foot. Some have likened him to Liverpool’s Trent-Alexander Arnold.

FootballGusto travelled to London to have his medical, and Chelsea shared a video of the club’s first interview with him where he boldly stated the attributes fans can look forward to.
“I play right back. I’m a fast player, crosser and box-to-box,” He can be heard saying in the video.
