Former Chelsea star and Premier League manager Gus Poyet has rated the Blues' chances of finishing in the top four following their disastrous run of results.
Chelsea have not been in good shape in recent weeks under Graham Potter, with the side managing just one win in seven outings across competitions.
The Potter-tutored side's woeful form has them sitting 10th in the Premier League standings with 25 points, 10 points off a top four spot.
According to Metro UK, it has been a period of transition for Chelsea, with the west London club initially ushering in new leadership after the exit of former owner, Roman Abramovich.

The Stamford Bridge dwellers spent around £280m on new players ahead of the 2022-23 campaign, but still do not have anything to show for it.
Poyet rates Chelsea's top four chances
And given the current situation at Chelsea, Poyet reckons the team does not stand any chance of securing a Champions League spot.
According to the Greece head coach, the Blues cannot match the competitiveness in the top four race, especially considering their rivals are in top shape.
"Based on the form that Chelsea are showing now in comparison with the teams occupying the Champions League places, it will be very difficult," Metro UK quoted Poyet saying.

Football"Not only do Chelsea need to start winning but the teams in those higher positions need to start dropping points. I think it’s very very difficult [for Chelsea]. Very unlikely," he added.
Pochettino ready to replace Potter
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that former Tottenham Hotspur boss, Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly open to replacing Graham Potter at the helm for Chelsea.
Potter has endured a rough patch at Stamford Bridge since taking charge of the Blues back in September, after the departure of Thomas Tuchel.
The Blues will apparently not be short of options should they part company with the English coach, with several experienced managers available.
