Chelsea and Trevoh Chalobah have reached an agreement to extend the defender's contract until the summer of 2028, with an option of another year, the club have announced.
Chalobah, who has been at the club since the age of nine, came through the club's Cobham academy after following in his brother Nathaniel's footsteps.
He is now set for a longer spell at his boyhood club.
The 23 year old Sierra Leone native, who was born in England, made his Chelsea debut in the UEFA Super Cup final against Villarreal, which the Blues won on penalties.

The competition saw Chalobah lifting his second trophy at the club.
Commenting on the new deal with the club, Chalobah described himself as 'over the moon' and called it an honour every time he wore a Chelsea jersey.
'"I want to give my all and do anything for this club. As everyone knows, I’ve been here from a young age and to continue here is every kid’s dream. Whenever I get the chance, I’ll give my all for the club and look for the future ahead,’' the 23-year-old said.
Chelsea building for the future
One of Todd Boehly's visions for Chelsea, when he took over as owner, was to build a club that would be sustainable over the years - and Chalobah's contract is a step in the right direction.
In his first transfer window as owner, Boehly signed young players such as Wesley Fofana, Carney Chukwuemeka and Cesare Casadei and has extended the contracts of Reece James, Armando Broja and now Chalobah.

Reece James a future captain?
Sports Brief earlier reported that Chelsea extended Reece James' contract till 2028, amid reported interest from European giants Real Madrid who would love him to replace Dani Carvajal.
James has been an influential member of the Blues since he debuting under former coach Frank Lampard, and was a vital part of the team that won the UEFA Champions League in 2021 under Thomas Tuchel.
Many Chelsea fans have tipped the English defender to be Chelsea's captain one day, due to his Cobham roots, skills, physical presence and vocal skills on the pitch.
