Kante, 31, was offered a juicy offer by the French giants but completely ignored it as he was determined to stay at Chelsea.

According to a report on Le Parisien, Mauricio Pochettino’s side was willing to part ways with a huge sum in wages, but Kante was hearing none of it.

PSG has never made it a secret their admiration of Kante, and Thomas Tuchel admitted recently that he tried to sign the 31-year old when he was still in charge of the French giants.

Kante’s decision to turn down PSG’s offer is based on the fact that he enjoys life at the West London club.

His current deal at Stamford Bridge expires in 2023, but Kante is still determined to keep playing for the Champions of Europe.

Nearly six years after joining Chelsea from Leicester City, Kante has become a fan-favourite at the club where he has made 249 appearances.
