Julian Brandt will never forget his goal against Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga.
The German international scored the only goal of the game as Dortmund went to the win and secure top spot on the Bundesliga table.
Brandt netted in the 43rd minute of the game, but his goal was far from conventional. The Dortmund star latched onto a Marco Reus freekick, but slow-motion replays of the goal showed that it didn't come of his head as first thought.

Instead, the ball hit his back and flew into the goal. The unusual strike was his 29th goal as Dortmund player.
As noted by Transfermrkt, Brandt has played 157 games for the Bundesliga outfit and has notched up 30 assists.
Despite the unusual way in which it came, the goal was a worthy reward for Dortmund's efforts. They had 25 shots to Hoffenheim's 13 and had 12 shots on target.
With the win, Dortmund now hold a three-point lead over Bayern Munich and Union Berlin in second and third. Munich and Berlin will play each other this game week.
Marco Reus scores stupendous goal
Marco Reus starred as Borussia Dortmund dispatched Hertha Berlin 4-1 to go level on points with Bayern Munich at the top of the Bundesliga standings, Sports Brief reported.
The Yellow and Black took the lead in the 27th minute through Karim Adeyemi, after he converted Reus' deflected shot with a deft flick into the back of the net.

Brandt to remain at Dortmund
Earlier Sports Brief reported that Julian Brandt has made a decision about his future at Borussia Dortmund.
The German international has been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga side during the current transfer window.
The 26-year-old, however, wants to stay and prove himself to Terzić. He also still has two years left on his contract at the club.
