Thomas Muller has made a dramatic turnaround on his decision to retire from the Germany national team, following their disappointing World Cup tournament.
The 33-year-old forward had tendered his resignation from international football after Die Mannschaft crashed out in the group stages of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
According to the Daily Mirror, Muller has now made a U-turn and decided to remain available for selection, should he be called upon for upcoming international fixtures or tournaments.
He admitted that emotions - particularly sadness - had run high after the game.

In 121 games for Germany, Muller has scored 44 goals and contributed significantly to his country's World Cup triumph in 2014.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich manager, Julian Nagelsmann has stated that Muller remains an important player for the Bundesliga champions, SB Nation reports.
