Ronaldinho's legendary career has been recognised in fitting fashion.
The Brazilian legend was honoured at Mundo Deportivo's Gran Gala, as he scooped a big award on the night.
As noted by Tribuna, the former Barcelona player won the 'Legend Trophy' for his achievements and was presented with the award by Barcelona president, Joan Laporta.
Laporta and Ronaldinho's relationship
The Barca president and Brazilian attacker share a good relationship, as seen by some of the photos they took together on the night. Ronaldinho was Laporta's first big signing when he became the club's president.

Ronaldinho has enjoyed a stellar career for club and country and has played over 600 games for both combined.

His thoughts on Barcelona
During his acceptance speech at the gala, Ronaldinho also touched on the current Barcelona side and their manager, Xavi, Be Soccer reported.
"Xavi is my friend, he's there. Let's hope things continue to go well and we can win the title," he said.

Earlier Sports Brief reported that Ronaldinho met his 2002 World Cup-winning teammates at the FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar.
The former teammates gathered to watch the game between Argentina and Croatia at the iconic Lusail stadium.
Ronaldinho was in the company of Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, Cafu and former goalkeeper Dida. Brazil beat Germany in the final of the tournament that year.
