After 26 appearances for Barcelona this season, Raphinha has only managed four goals for the Spanish giants, but Xavi maintains that the former Leeds winger will come good.

Mikel Arteta's side are keen on signing the attacker once again and Sportskeeda reports it will cost the Gunners a fee in the region of €100 million for the Brazilian.

Fans want Raphinha to step up

Meanwhile, some Barcelona fans are echoing the sentiments of manager Xavi as they believe Raphinha is gradually hitting his best form for the Catalan giants.

@OxFCB believes Raphinha should be given more time by Xavi for the Brazilian to prove his worth on the pitch.

Another supporter also believes Raphinha can get better with good coaching from the Barcelona bench.

Raphinha determined to succeed at Barcelona

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Raphinha believes he still has lots to offer Barcelona and is not looking forward to leaving Camp Nou anytime soon, despite an underwhelming campaign so far.

The Brazilian winger joined La Blaugrana amid huge fanfare last summer from Leeds United, but the 26-year-old has failed to meet the Catalan club’s expectations.

Raphinha has only managed two goals in 16 appearances for Barca, which has prompted reports of the club willing to offload the Brazilian after just one season at Camp Nou.
