Some Barcelona fans are angry with the club after they felt the Catalan giants disrespected some of their players with a Lionel Messi tweet during the World Cup finals.
Barcelona’s Twitter account tweeted an Argentine flag after Lionel Messi scored in the final to give La Albiceleste the lead against France which led to a backlash from fans.
Many responses argued that it was unjust of the club to tweet this given that they had no Argentine players competing in the final but have two French players, Ousmane Dembele and Jules Kounde, Football Espana reports.
