Ahead of the Blaugrana's tricky home test against Villarreal on Thursday evening, Xavi admits his head is on the chopping block if he is unable to deliver silverware, as noted by Daily Mail.

“It’s that I have that feeling [we need to win titles]. I have to be honest with the Culés [Barcelona fans], with the club," the 42-year-old manager told MARCA.

"I think we have put together a team to win titles. I continue with all the enthusiasm in the world, despite the fact that this week there has been a lot of criticism.”
