- Kaizer Chiefs have agreed to sign Siyethemba Sithebe once his contract expires but Amazulu are convinced that they did so illegally

The Siyethemba Sithebe could reach an end as Amazulu owner, Sandile Zungu, is understood to have evidence against Kaizer Chiefs.
The Amazulu boss was gathering evidence to prove that Kaizer Chiefs had spoken to Siyethemba Sithebe before they were legally allowed to do so.
Sithebe agreed to join the Amakhosi at the end of the season, as he was in the final six months of his contract with the Usuthu.
But as The Citizen reports, Zungu has ‘critical evidence’ to prove that the Amakhosi approached the player earlier, hence he rejected a new contract at Amazulu when he was offered one.
The Citizen also reported that Zungu was considering laying charges against Chiefs, but he was deciding whether to do so as the Amakhosi already had a suspended sentence.
Sithebe has since been excluded from the Amazulu squad since his decision to join Chiefs was made public, The South African confirmed.
