Mohammed Kudus has recovered from the injury that has kept him out for three months after getting game time in Ajax's youth team clash with PSV Eindhoven.
The 21-year-old had not played any football since picking an injury in Ghana's World Cup qualifier against South Africa on November 14, 2021.
However, on Monday night he was in the lineup for Ajax as they defeated Jong PSV in a youth league game as he prepares for a first-team return.
His return from injury is a huge boost for the Black Stars ahead of March's World Cup play-offs against perennial rivals Nigeria.
Mohammed Kudus has been an important member of the Black Stars since he made his debut in 2019 and he is expected to play a key role if Ghana is to qualify for the World Cup.
