The 2022 Africa Cup of Nations will start in Cameroon on January 9 and there are so many predictions from various quarters as regards who will win the title, Independent NG reports.
Nigerian outlet Punch are reporting that a famous Senegalese traditional doctor identified as Kahone, has “prophesied” that the Terenga Lions will win the trophy this year.
At the moment, not just Kahone has predicted the winner of the tournament as a famous Nigerian cleric Primate Ayodele said in his December prophecy that the nation’s National Football Team, Super Eagles will not win the AFCON.

FootballAccording to him, the Super Eagles would be sent out of the tournament technically but will qualify for the World Cup in Qatar.
And now, Kahone of Senegal claimed he saw in the dream that Senegal who reached the final of the last edition of the tournament will win the title in Cameroon.
The West Africans have recently produced stars in the continent and they also have a “golden generation” capable of lifting the AFCON for the first time
Meanwhile, Senegal are drawn in Group B at the 2022 AFCON in Cameroon alongside Zimbabwe, Malawi and Guinea.
Senegal have named a strong squad that will represent the country at the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The squad features some familiar names, with Liverpool winger Sadio Mane and Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy featuring.
The duo is joined by fellow Premier League stars including Watford's Ismaila Sarr, Crystal Palace midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate and Leicester City ace Nampalys Mendy.

Five players in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) will be drafted to join the squad in training and act as standby.
Nigeria are drawn in Group D of the tournament alongside Egypt, Guinea-Bissau and Sudan and will begin their campaign against the Pharaohs on January 11.
