Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci has joked about Cristiano Ronaldo receiving blows should Italy face Portugal in the play-off final for the World Cup.

While Ronaldo and his Portugal teammates face Turkey in the semi-finals, Roberto Mancini's men Italy take on North Macedonia.
Should both get past their opponents, they will face each other in the play-off final and Bonucci is excited at the prospect of the do-or-die game.
He told Rai Sport according to Daily Mail and Sport Bible: "I heard Cristiano Ronaldo and we joked about possible Portugal vs Italy match, we'll see what happens on the pitch, Cristiano knows he will suffer some blows.
"We have to concentrate on what we will do on the pitch, then in March we will meet again and I am convinced that we will play two great matches."
