Conor Gallagher is believed to have made his last appearance for England at the ongoing European Championship after calls for the midfielder to be dropped from Gareth Southgate’s squad.
The Three Lions have been bashed by supporters despite sealing a spot in the Euro 2024 Round of 16 as group winners, due to their poor performances in their three group-stage games.
According to the Metro UK, ex-Germany player, Didi Hamann believes Gallagher will play no part again in England’s Euro 2024 campaign due to how poor the midfielder has been in the competition.
"He’s an easy target. Gallagher comes off at half-time. We probably don’t see Gallagher again for the rest of the tournament," he remarked.

Meanwhile, former England striker, Alan Shearer has called on Southgate to ring changes ahead of the Round of 16 to improve the Three Lions' performance, Football 365 reports.
