Ghanaian defender, Ebenezer Annan, has completed his move to Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade ahead of the 2024/25 season.
The Black Stars left-back signed a three-year deal with an option of a further 12 months to join the Serbian champions from Italian outfit Bologna.
Annan spent last season in the Serbian league with Novi Pazar, where he gained the attention of the former European champions with his swashbuckling performances.
"I am very excited and happy to have signed a contract with Red Star. I am glad that my good games were noticed and that I managed to draw the attention of the Zvezda manager," he said, as quoted by Ghana Soccernet.

" I'm familiar with the Superliga and I think it's very high-quality, so I'm looking forward to having the opportunity to continue playing in Serbia. I consider my main assets to be speed and technique, as well as intelligence with the ball, but I can improve in all segments. I want it and I believe in myself," he added.
Annan left Ghana for Italy in 2022 to join Bologna but spent most of his time on loan, featuring for Imolese and Novi Pazar. Last season, the 21-year-old made 24 appearances, delivering two assists in the Serbian top-flight league, per Transfermarkt.
Annan and three others make Ghana debut
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Annan and three players made their Ghana debut in March's international friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda.
The then Novi Pazar loanee started in the game against Nigeria as the Black Stars lost 2-1 before making his second appearance as a late substitute against Uganda.
Ghana used the break in March to try some new players as Otto Addo prepared his team for the matches against Mali and the Central African Republic early this month.
