A Madrid-based club has confirmed the signing of Nigerian midfielder, Uche Chrisantus, from lower division side, AD Ceuta, for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old will arrive at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez Stadium after an impressive season playing in the Primera Division RFEF Group 2.
According to a report by Soccernet, the Nigerian midfielder, who recently played for the Olympic national team, signed a four-year deal with Getafe.
Getafe released an official statement on their website to confirm Chrisantus' signing from AD Ceuta and to announce the duration of his contract with the club.

"Getafe CF and AD Ceuta FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of Chrisantus Uche," the club confirmed.
"The 21-year-old Nigerian footballer has signed with the club until 30 June 2028 and will spend the next four seasons in the blue and white jersey," Getafe added.
The Nigerian youngster will join the first team's pre-season training this summer and fight for his place in Jose Bordalas' starting line-up for the 2024-25 La Liga campaign.
Chrisantus is now the third player from the West African nation to sign for Getafe, following in the footsteps of Peter Etebo and Ikechukwu Uche.
