The pair had just joined Germany's camp after being given a rest due to their participation in the Champions League final.

Rudiger, who played for Real Madrid in the final, saw his team triumph over Fullkrug's Borussia Dortmund with two late goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Junior, securing yet another UCL title for Los Blancos.

According to BILD (via Marca), the altercation occurred during an open-day training session. Rudiger reportedly pushed Fullkrug over, prompting the Dortmund striker to react angrily.

Assistant manager Sandro Wagner intervened to separate them, with the Real Madrid defender mockingly applauding his teammate.

Despite this incident, BILD notes that the two generally have an excellent relationship, dating back to their time together in Germany's youth teams.
