Former Kaizer Chiefs manager Steve Komphela has been linked with Tanzanian outfit Simba SC ahead of the summer transfer window.

The 56-year-old's name has emerged as Wekundu wa Msimbazi shop for a new manager after a dismal season where they finished third in the log.

Simba failed to secure a CAF Champions League spot, underlining their struggles all through the campaign.

Amakhosi are said to have concluded the plans to hire the Tunisian tactician as their next permanent head coach before the 2024/2025 season kicks off.

The Glamour Boys are said to be keen to pay off Nabi’s remaining year with Moroccan league club FAR Rabat to bring him to the DStv Premiership club next.
