Brazilian forward, Vinicius Jr shared a moment with American rapper and business mogul, Jay Z, after starring in the UEFA Champions League final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

The Real Madrid winger scored as Los Blancos defeated the Bundesliga outfit 2-0 to win Europe's elite competition for a record 15th time.

Vinicius Jr is represented by Jay Z's Sports Company, Roc Nation, and the multiple award-winning rapper was at Wembley to support his client.

In a video shared on social media, the footballer was spotted running to the rapper to share his success with him as they took an iconic selfie together with friends.

The 23-year-old dazzled on the night, showing enormous quality and brilliance, which has seen him pop up in the Ballon d'Or conversation. Vinicius Jr was by far the best player on the night in London.

Meanwhile, defender Dani Carvajal opened the scoring for the Spanish giants after a barren first half, connecting to a Toni Kroos corner with 15 minutes remaining. Vini then sealed victory with seven minutes left on the clock.

Real Madrid have won the title twice in the last three years with the Brazilian playmaker scoring in both finals.

In the UEFA Champions League this season, Vinicius Jr has scored six goals and delivered five assists in 10 matches, per Transfermarkt.

Jay Z shows up to support Vinicius Jr

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Jay Z was at Wembley to support Roc Nation athlete, Vinicius Jr in the UEFA Champions League final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

Vinicius Jr scored as Los Blancos defeated the German Bundesliga side to win the competition for a record fifteenth time.

The Brazilian is represented by the American Sports Company owned by the rapper, who also has several other athletes including Romelu Lukaku on his roster.

Real Madrid beat Dortmund to win UCL

Sports Brief also reported that Real Madrid withstood a Dortmund barrage to win the Champions League for the 15th time as Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Junior struck late in a 2-0 win at Wembley on Saturday.

Right-back Carvajal headed in from Toni Kroos' corner on 74 minutes before Vinicius fired into the far corner to extend the Spanish giants' record as the most successful club in Champions League history.

Madrid have now won their last nine European Cup finals and won the competition six times in the last 11 seasons.
