Manchester United finished their season on a high after they beat Manchester City to win the 2024 FA Cup final at the Wembley Stadium on May 25.

Goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo in the first half rendered Jeremy Doku's late goal a mere equaliser as the Red Devils saw through the surprise result.

Manchester City were coming off a great weekend last time out, where they made history by becoming the first English club to win four consecutive Premier League titles. Their pursuit of defending their double was crashed by an immaculate Erik ten Hag side.

Will Erik ten Hag leave Manchester United?

It was a huge reprieve for Ten Hag, whose future remains hanging by a thread. New minority owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, is expected to make some changes this summer, with the Dutch tactician highly expected to leave.

Manchester United players celebrate FA Cup win

Despite the uncertainty, that did not stop the former Ajax manager and his players from hitting the dancing floor as soon as the final whistle went.

Videos and photos from the players' social media accounts and YouTuber's iShowspeed show that the party started in the dressing room before moving on to another location where the players were dressed in suits.

Striker Rasmus Hojlund danced around as Victor Lindelof downed a beer. Mail Sport reports that the players were joined by their partners as they celebrated their second silverware in as many seasons.

Casemiro was a conspicuous absentee from the party as the Brazilian shared a picture of himself jetting out of the country with his family for holiday. The midfielder wasn't in the matchday squad due to a suspected injury amid a poor season by his high standards.

Mainoo, Garnacho equal Ronaldo's record

Sports Brief has also reported that Mainoo and Garnacho made history in the win against Man City.

They became the first teenagers to score in an FA Cup final since Cristiano Ronaldo accomplished that feat in 2004.

Ronaldo was on target against Millwall, which the Red Devils won 3-0. Ruud Van Nistelrooy scored a brace.
