Liverpool forward Darwin Nunez fuelled speculation over his future after his reaction to Jurgen Klopp’s emotional departure from the club.
Klopp gracefully bowed out of Anfield after a 2-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday, May 19.
The game marked the end of Klopp’s nine-year tenure at Anfield, leaving Liverpool as the most successful manager in the Premier League era.

Before his final speech, Liverpool players gave their departing colleagues Thiago and Joel Matip a guard of honour.
Klopp also made his way through the tunnel of players amid applause, and fans on social media noted that one Liverpool player did not clap in appreciation of the departing manager.
According to SPORTbible, Nunez appeared disinterested in proceedings, and hawk-eyed fans noted he failed to applaud when a second opportunity presented itself, instead keeping his arms at his sides.

But that was all put to rest after a video emerged hours later showing Klopp dancing the night away with Liverpool players – including the Uruguayan.
According to the Mirror, Klopp held an after-party at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, with a considerable number of the Reds players present.

The 24-year-old’s stats this season have been decent, as he notched 18 goals and 13 assists across all competitions.
Despite his apparent wasteful ways in front of goal, Klopp has consistently trusted Nunez to lead Liverpool's attack.
The Uruguayan has played in 36 out of Liverpool’s 38 league games this season.
