Bayer Leverkusen defender, Jeremie Frimpong and his Ghanaian mother celebrated his Bundesliga triumph in style after hitting the dance floor following the final game of the season.
The Dutch-born Ghanaian invited his family to Germany for the Bundesliga coronation as the newly-crowned German champions ended the campaign unbeaten.
