Former Chelsea defender, William Gallas, has given reasons why the Blues should go all in for Napoli superstar, Victor Osimhen.
The Nigerian has been heavily linked with the English club after it emerged that he could leave the Italian side this summer.
The African Footballer of the Year is expected to leave the 2023 Serie A champions, a decision club president Aurelio de Laurentiis hinted at the start of the year.
The Blues and Manchester United are Premier League clubs linked with the Super Eagles striker. French giants, Paris Saint-Germain, are reportedly looking to replace the departing Kylian Mbappe with Osimhen.

Multiple reports have indicated that he prefers to play for Chelsea, per Football London. Osimhen signed a new Napoli contract until 2026, but given Napoli's dismal campaign, the Nigerian will likely depart.
This season, he has scored 17 goals in 31 appearances, a significant dip from last season, when he scored 31 goals, per Transfermarkt.
Gallas urges Chelsea to sign Osimhen
The two-time Premier League champion urged the Premier League giants to sign Osimhen because he is a proven striker.
“They need a striker who can score goals; Nicolas Jackson has done okay, though, scoring 14 in the Premier League. But, when you play at Chelsea, you have to score more, and important goals," via Afrik-Foot.
The former Arsenal star added that Chelsea need Osimhen to qualify for the Champions League. He highlighted Nicolas Jackson's inconsistency in front of goal.
