Mohammed Kudus has promised to give more to fans of West Ham United after an impressive first season with the English club.

The 23-year-old Ghanaian joined the Hammers in the summer transfer window, going on to become a fan favourite with dazzling performances in the Claret and Blue jersey.

The former Ajax star has already netted 13 goals across all competitions and delivered five assists in the process.

With two games remaining to end the season, Kudus is one of the club's best players in the 2023/24 season and aims to help the London club end the campaign on a high.

"I’ve enjoyed it [first season in England]. Everyone around [the Club] has helped me settle well, so it has been a nice experience. I’ve been here almost a full season now, but I still have a lot more to show and I believe this is just the beginning," he told the club's official website.
“I followed my gut and dream to move here and believed I was ready. When I decided to make this move to the best league in the world, I knew I was ready to take that step and I wanted to test myself. There have been ups and downs throughout the season, but I know there are more ways to improve my game. I’ve definitely announced myself here and I am happy that it has gone in that direction for the first season," he added.

West Ham United face Luton United in the penultimate game of the season, per ESPN.

“We can only look forward at what is ahead of us. Last season compared to this season there is improvement in our position [in the table], so we just need to aim to finish as high as we can with good performances in the last two games and then see what happens next season," continued Kudus.

Kudus' celebration included in EA Sports FC

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Mohammed Kudus' iconic 'take a seat' celebration is set to be included in the upcoming edition of football simulator, EA Sports FC 25.

The celebration, first performed during the Carabao Cup victory over Arsenal, has gained popularity and other stars have emulated this.

The Ghanaian international runs over and takes a seat on the advertising boards any time he scores.
