Chelsea are willing to spend big money to secure their top target, Victor Osimhen, to join the club for next season after tabling a mouth-watering offer for the Nigerian.
The Super Eagles striker has been on the Blues' radar for quite some time with the London club willing to go head-to-head with Paris Saint-Germain for his services this summer.
According to The Hard Tackle, Osimhen is expected to be on the move in the upcoming transfer window despite his contract with Napoli still running until the summer of 2026.
The 25-year-old forward, who is considered to be one of the best forwards in world football at this point, has attracted a lot of interest from across Europe with Liverpool, Manchester United, and Arsenal also being linked with the Nigerian.

Osimhen has improved steadily since joining Napoli in the summer of 2020. He has appeared in 130 matches for the Italian club and has contributed to 94 goals (75 goals, 18 assists).
Chelsea offer Lukaku for Osimhen
Meanwhile, Chelsea are ready to beat their competitors for the signature of Osimhen this summer by offering unwanted striker Romelu Lukaku into the deal for the Napoli star, Punch NG reports.
The Blues are hoping the addition of Lukaku will lower the cost for the 25-year-old striker by paying €90m plus the on-loan AS Roma striker as opposed to Osimhen’s release clause worth €130m.
