(Q) - qualified for Champions League

Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool have already locked up their Champions League places for next season, leaving only one spot open for the other contenders.

Aston Villa are in a prime position to win that final UCL spot. With two matches remaining in their schedule, they hold a seven-point advantage over Tottenham, per Yahoo Sports.

Unai Emery's men only need to record a win against either Liverpool or Crystal Palace to seal that coveted Champions League place.

Spurs failed to take advantage of Villa's defeat against Brighton on Sunday, losing to Liverpool later that day. If they lose just once in their remaining three matches, Aston Villa will take the fourth Champions League spot.

Two Europa League places are up for grabs for teams in the Premier League. Those spots will go to the team that finishes fifth in the standings and the winner of the FA Cup.

If Manchester City beat Manchester United in the FA Cup final, the sixth-placed team in the Premier League will earn the other Europa League spot, per Football365.

Tottenham's three consecutive losses have opened the door for Newcastle United, Chelsea, and Manchester United to finish fifth in the league table.

Newcastle and Chelsea will root for Manchester City to win the FA Cup, as a sixth-place finish in the Premier League is a more realistic option for them.

Europa Conference League

If the Red Devils win the FA Cup, the sixth-placed team in the Premier League will earn a spot in the Europa Conference League as United will grab the second Europa League spot.

If Manchester United also finish sixth in the league table aside from winning the FA Cup, the club behind them in seventh place will get the Europa Conference League spot.

Haaland leads EPL Golden Boot race

Sports Brief recently reported on the Premier League Golden Boot leaders.

Erling Haaland extended his lead at the top after scoring four goals against Wolves on Saturday.

Cole Palmer and Alexander Isak are ranked second and third, respectively.
