Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham’s attempt to throw Harry Kane off his game failed spectacularly during Bayern Munich’s clash against Real Madrid on Tuesday, April 30.
Kane had the chance to put his team in the lead from the penalty spot in the Champions League semi-final, and he made no mistake from 12 yards.
Real Madrid had initially taken the lead through Vinicius Junior, who took advantage of a defensive lapse to slot home in the first half.
But according to BBC, Bayern turned first-leg tie around in a span of four second-half minutes, firstly through Leroy Sane’s fierce low strike.

Kane then gave his team the lead, slotting home his penalty in the bottom left corner, leaving Andriy Lunin with no chance.
Bellingham tries to put off Kane
A video has since emerged on social media showing a brief interaction between Kane and Bellingham, moments before the Three Lions captain struck his penalty.
The Real Madrid midfielder appeared to be trying to put off his international teammate by saying something in Kane’s ear, but the Bayern striker remained unfazed and scored the resulting spot kick for his 43rd goal of the season across all competitions.
Bayern failed to hold on to their lead at the Allianz Arena, as Carlo Ancelotti’s side were offered a route back in the game after receiving a penalty of their own.
Rodrygo was brought down in the box in the 83rd minute, and Vinicius Junior slotted home the resulting spot kick to ensure the two sides will meet at the Santiago Bernabeu level on aggregate.

FootballWhat Kane said
After the game, Kane was asked about the Bellingham incident, and he had an elite response.
"To be honest I don't know what he was saying. He was mumbling... I'd have to ask him what he said, per talkSPORT.
"Once I'm in that moment I'm in that zone and I block everything out but I'm sure he was saying something to try and put me off! Thankfully it was okay for me."
Why Leroy Sane stayed on the pitch
Sports Brief also reported on the unusual reason why Leroy Sane stayed on the pitch at half-time during Bayern’s clash against Real Madrid.
The winger was on target for his side with the leveller after 53 minutes.
His decision to stay on the pitch had to do with an injury he is battling.
