Super Eagles star, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, has reportedly attracted the attention of one of the top clubs in the Italian Serie A.

The former Manchester City midfielder has been one of the best players in the Turkish league this season, and his performance hasn't gone unnoticed by top clubs in Europe.

The Nigerian international joined Hatayspor from Sheffield Wednesday last summer and has scored six goals and provided six assists in 35 appearances in all competitions this season.

According to a report by Turkish media outlet Sports Digitale, per Soccernet, Lazio is interested in adding the Super Eagles midfielder to their squad in the summer and hopes to complete the deal before the Rome-based side kickstarts their pre-season.

Lazio reportedly faces competition from fellow Serie A side AC Milan and Eredivisie giants PSV Eindhoven for the Nigerian midfielder.

Hatayspor, on the other hand, are ready to let Dele-Bashiru leave the club in the summer if any of the clubs showing interest in him meet their asking price for the Super Eagles star.

The Guneyin Yıldızı reportedly placed an asking price of £10 million on the former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder, and the fee could rise to £20 million based on the future sell-on clause the club wants to include in the contract.
