As noted by MBU, the youngsters were invited to perform at the stadium ahead of Barca’s game against Valencia.

After arriving in Spain, they met head coach Xavi Hernandez and some of the players ahead of their upcoming performance.

They are also set to spend a week in the country, making the most of their time before returning home.

Who are Masaka Kids Africana?

The group of youngsters, who come from Uganda, share their love of the country through song and dance.

The East African nation has more orphans than any other country in the world, mainly due to the AIDS epidemic, extreme poverty, and years of civil conflicts.

The group itself is made up of youngsters who have either lost one or both parents.

Through the initiative, they are given safe shelter, food, clothes, education, and medical care. They also learn life skills while expressing themselves through song and dance.

They have also made a name for themselves with their videos and have earned quite a following. With a performance in La Liga to come, the kids are expected to earn more acclaim and build more successful partnerships going forward.

You can view one of their videos below and the others on their various social media platforms.
