Former Nigerian international, Taye Taiwo, joined other African football legends in a charity match in favour of the Yellow Pieces Foundation, sponsored by France legend Didier Deschamps.
French president, Emmanuel Macron, also graced the occasion and even went on to score a penalty during the encounter.
His goal, from a controversial penalty, was undoubtedly the one that received the most cheers.
NDTV reports that Macron laced his boots and was in the colours of Varietes Club de France during the encounter in Plaisir (Yvelines).

Fally Ipupa, Laurent Blanc, Taye Taiwo, Emmanuel Adebayor, Eden Hazard, Robert Pires, and Didier Drogba all participated in a charity game on Wednesday.
The exhibition match was organised for a Deschamps-sponsored foundation and €57,500 was raised, thanks to sales linked to the event. The proceeds will be used to help children in the hospital.

Sports Brief earlier reported that African footballing icons, Didier Drogba, Samuel Eto'o, Emmanuel Adebayor, and Emmanuel Eboue will be among the stars who will grace the FCT for a charity football match.
The Attom Foundation, spearheading the event, has also promised the attendance of other retired icons, including Nwankwo Kanu and Austin “Jay-Jay” Okocha.
The Charity Champions’ Cup match, slated for June 15, will focus on generating funds for charitable causes within the country.
