Super Eagles interim coach, Finidi George, has commented on Enyimba's top scorer Chijioke Mbaoma's goal drought in the Nigerian Professional Football League ahead of their tie against Sunshine Stars this weekend.
Mbaoma has been struggling in front of goal for the Aba Warriors and missed many chances in the People's Elephants' 1-0 win over Heartland in their last league game.
The striker has scored just one goal in the defending champions' last six league games and will hope to get back to his best against the Akure Gunners.

Speaking to the media ahead of their next league game, Finidi backed Mbaoma to get back his scoring form and promised to continue to help and encourage the striker, according to a report by the Daily Post.
"We will continue to encourage Mbaoma. He is NPFL's joint-top scorer with 13 goals. We will see how far he can go in the remaining games in the league," he said.
"This is not the time to talk down on one of your star players. We will support him so that he continues to finish well. I don't like to talk about players missing goals, but the player already knows. I have to psyche him up and get him ready for the next game."
