Former Somali national team head coach, Said Abdi Haibeh, believes Arsenal presents the optimal environment for Victor Osimhen.
The Nigerian striker has scored 15 goals for Napoli this season and despite not being at his best, remains a priority target in the summer window.
While Chelsea and Arsenal seem set to vie for his signature in England, Paris Saint-Germain is said to be a strong contender in France.
However, Haibeh has argued that the Gunners, under Mikel Arteta, would offer a more conducive setting for Osimhen's development than Chelsea's current transitional phase.

Expressing doubts about the Blues' readiness for a player of his calibre, given their recent struggles, the ex-manager emphasised Arsenal's consistent improvement and evident need for a prominent striker.
"I do not believe that Chelsea will be a good fit for Osimhen, as Chelsea is currently a club in the midst of a transition. As they have signed many young players and hired a new manager, it will take some time for them to improve to the point where they are able to compete in the top three clubs," he said, as quoted by FlashScore.
While PSG also stated to be pursuing the forward, the Partenopei have stood firm on their €130 million valuation, rejecting lower offers in favour of a potential lucrative deal, as reported by Corriere Dello Sport.
Manchester United have also reportedly intensified their efforts to secure the Super Eagles talisman.
4 strikers Chelsea will reportedly sign if Victor Osimhen joins PSG
FootballItalian pundit, Malu Mpasinkatu, has suggested United's interest would add another layer to Osimhen's potential destination, alongside discussing Jonathan David as his successor at Napoli.
Despite PSG's historical ties with both clubs, led by president Aurelio de Laurentiis, the club remains resolute in its valuation, indicating a challenging negotiation process.
Liverpool legend urges for Osimhen
Sports Brief also reported that Merseyside legend, Steve Nicol, urged Liverpool to sign Osimhen in the summer to replace Mohamed Salah.
The Egyptian international has been linked with a move to the Saudi Professional League, despite the league's offer being rejected previously.
The Saudi Pro League director, Michael Emenalo, is still interested in bringing Salah to the Middle East and Jurgen Klopp could be a catalyst.
