Mohammed Kudus could have just sent Barcelona a come and get me plea after disclosing his affection for the Catalan giants.
The Ghana and West Ham United star grew up watching the Blaugranas and their talismanic forward Lionel Messi, a player he idolises.
Before moving to England, there were reports Barcelona were interested in the then-Ajax midfielder.
However, the former European champions failed to make a concrete move as the Hammers beat them and several other top sides to the signing of the Ghanaian midfielder.

Kudus disclosed in an interview with Sky Sports that he supported Barcelona during his childhood as they were his favourite team.
"Barcelona," he emphatically answered when asked about his favourite European team, adding Messi as a reason for watching most of their games.
He also added that Ghanaian giants, Hearts of Oak were his favourite local team.
"I was supporting a team in Ghana called Accra Hearts of Oak. It is in the Ghana league. It is in the city I grew in, it is in Accra," he said.
The Ghana international moved to England last summer and has already become an instant hit for West Ham fans.
Kudus has scored 13 goals across all competitions for the Hammers this season, per Transfermarkt.
