Was Pitso Mosimane sacked too soon as the coach of Bafana Bafana?
The Abha Club manager has enjoyed a glittering career at the domestic level but has never translated that to the national team level.
As noted by KickOff, Mosimane was in charge of the South African national team for 16 official games, winning six, drawing seven and losing three.
The six wins came in the first six games he was in charge of the side, but then Bafana went on a dry spell, failing to win any of their next seven games, and struggling to find the back of the net.

Khuboni believes Mosimane was sacked too soon
While it has been 12 years since Mosimane’s tenure as national team coach, his time in charge of Bafana has been thrust into the headlines again thanks to Thanduyise Khuboni.
The former Golden Arrows star recently insisted that Mosimane wasn’t given enough time to work his magic, The South African reported.
“We cannot escape the fact that Mosimane was not given enough opportunity to shape his squad the way he wanted,” Khuboni said.
“Mosimane had integrated well and had a way with Parreira, but he was not given the opportunity to show what he had learned,” the former Bafana star added.
