FootballJadon Sancho: Bellingham’s Ex Teammate Copies Real Madrid Star’s Celebration at Dortmund’s Training
- Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham were together at Borussia Dortmund for one year
- Sancho left after one season and returned to England to sign with Manchester United
- Bellingham also secured a big-money move to European giants, Real Madrid, last year
Jadon Sancho is missing Jude Bellingham after returning to Borussia Dortmund on loan from Manchester United, so much so that he is imitating his old buddy’s celebration in training.
Sancho and Bellingham shared the pitch at Dortmund for one season and helped the club win the DFB-Pokal before the winger left for the Old Trafford outfit in a £73 million move in 2021.
The midfielder stayed on for two more seasons before securing a big-money dream move to Real Madrid, where he has hit the ground running immediately and transformed the team.
Comparatively, the winger’s move to United has been underwhelming, and he returned to Signal Iduna Park on loan in January as he hopes to kickstart his career, which has nosedived.

Sancho copies Bellingham's celebration
Bellingham has been a revelation at Madrid, becoming a better all-round midfielder and goal-scorer since linking up with Carlo Ancelotti at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
His 'open arms' celebration became more popular and has inspired other footballers, including Chelsea star, Mykhailo Mudryk, who hit it after scoring a wonder goal against Arsenal.
As seen in an image shared on social media by Black Yellow, 24-year-old Sancho has also copied his old buddy's celebration, and the club threw it back as a familiar sight.
The winger’s return to Germany has reaped mixed fortunes so far. On some days, he replicates the kind of performance that made his name; on other days, he is a shadow.
