Former Real Madrid star wants Finidi's continuity
In an interview with media outlet Flashscore Espana, former Real Madrid star, Mutiu Adepoju, has advocated for the continuation of coach Finidi.
Supporting his assertion in the interview, Adepoju stated:
“Finidi has only coached two games, winning one and losing one, which is quite good. He still has a lot of room to improve.
I believe the Super Eagles will do well under his leadership if he gets the job. We shouldn't judge him just based on the Mali game. Even Jose Peseiro didn't win every game as Super Eagles coach. Finidi deserves our trust so he can build the confidence needed to improve the team."
