It is no longer news that Jurgen Klopp will leave Liverpool at the end of the season after nine successful years in which he won all trophies, including the first Premier League title in 30 years.
The news of his departure shook the fans, but the club is braced for impact. They have rehired former sporting director Michael Edwards as the CEO of football.
Edwards, in turn, hired Richard Hughes as the sporting director to help oversee a successful transition from the German manager's time into a new era, which could affect some players.
Sports Brief looks at five players who could be on their way out, Per Mirror UK.

Liverpool's potential departures
1. Mohamed Salah
Mo Salah is contracted to the club till 2025 but could be seeking a move away at the end of the season. Per The Guardian, the Reds rejected an offer of £150 million from Al-Ittihad but remain on the radar of the Saudis, who will try again this summer.
2. Caoimhin Kelleher
Kelleher is the backup to Alisson Becker, and when called upon, he has deputised well. He has kept and won three finals for the club – two Carabao Cups and the FA Cup. He is too good to be a backup and will likely push for an exit.
Players confirmed to be leaving
1. Thiago Alcantara
The Spanish technician has struggled with injuries since joining the club from Bayern Munich in 2020. Considering his age and fitness, his contract is up in the summer, and the club has no reason to hold on to him.

Matip is one of Klopp's best defenders, and his combination with Virgil van Dijk helped the club achieve success. However, he is injury-prone, and with his contract coming to an end in the summer, he will leave the club.
3. Adrian
The Spaniard is the third goalkeeper behind Kelleher and Alisson. He hardly features, with only two games in three years. Fans will remember him for their 4-2 loss to Atletico Madrid in 2020. His contract will expire in the summer.
Saudi retains interest in Salah
Sports Brief previously reported on Michael Emenalo not ruling Salah out of a possible move to the Saudi Pro League despite initial unsuccessful attempts.
Liverpool rejected a huge fee last year, but with only a year left on his contract and no agreement over a new one, the Saudis could prize him away from England.
