The West African giants secured gold by defeating Uganda with a solitary goal on Friday night in Ghana, where the games are being hosted.
The decisive moment came courtesy of a beautiful injury-time goal by striker Jerry Afriyie.
The final on Friday took place at the Accra Sports Stadium, with football fans packing the venue to its full capacity.
