Bright Osayi-Samuel has endeared himself into the hearts of many football fans especially Fenerbahce and Nigerian supporters after he fought off an on-pitch invader.
In a viral video on social media, the right-back was seen punching a fan in a bid to defend himself and his teammates after some Trabzonspor fans had invaded the pitch to attack them.
The 26-year-old defender has been hailed as Fenerbahce’s "Mike Tyson" following his arrival at the Super Eagles camp in Morocco ahead of their forthcoming friendlies against Ghana and Mali.
Osayi-Samuel, who already has a graffiti mural dedicated to him by some fans in Turkey per Pulse Sports, was the star of the show as fans flooded the comment session of the Super Eagles social media page to hail the defender.

The Fenerbahce defender is expected to take part in Nigeria’s games against the Black Stars on Friday, March 22, despite arriving two days before the encounter.
How fans reacted to his arrival
Nigerian and Turkish fans took over the comment session of the Super Eagles page on Instagram after they posted the video of Osayi-Samuel’s arrival at the Super Eagles camp.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Osayi-Samuel could be banned for 10 games by the Turkish FA after assaulting a Trabzonspor fan in Fenerbahce's last match in the Superlig.
