Mohamed Salah netted his 13th goal against Manchester United as Liverpool crashed out of the FA Cup after losing their quarter-final duel 4-3 at Old Trafford after extra time.

According to Talk Sports, Salah became the first player ever to score a goal in five consecutive away matches at Old Trafford after he gave Liverpool a 2-1 lead right before half-time.

The 31-year-old forward cemented his place as one of the Reds' legends with his fantastic strike to earn his 13th goal against Manchester United in just 14 appearances against them.

It is the highest goal tally Salah has managed against a single opposition in his career and it also came just days after he scored his 20th goal of the season for Liverpool for the seventh consecutive campaign.

United rallies back against Liverpool

Meanwhile, Manchester United produced a remarkable comeback to beat Liverpool 4-3 in extra-time in an epic FA Cup quarter-final as Amad Diallo scored a 120th-minute winner, The Independent reports.

The Reds were only minutes away from the semi-finals in Jurgen Klopp's final season, but Marcus Rashford equalized in extra time in the 112th minute, followed by Diallo's incredible winner.

Manchester United will now play Coventry City in the semi-finals, while the FA Cup draw handed holders Manchester City a Wembley date with Chelsea.

Man United fans taunt Salah

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that a Manchester United fan recorded himself celebrating right in front of Salah after the Red Devils knocked Liverpool out of the FA Cup on Sunday.

The Egyptian attacker played for 77 minutes before being replaced by Cody Gakpo. Despite the defeat, he became the first player to score in five consecutive away games at Old Trafford.

Salah has also scored the most goals against Man United (13) than he has managed against any other opposition throughout his career.
