  • Kylian Mbappe is certain to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer
  • Spanish giants Real Madrid are reported to be his next destination
  • He has ruled out one Premier League club with a funny answer

Kylian Mbappe will leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer, with rumours saying he has already decided to join Real Madrid but has also ruled out a Premier League team.

Mbappe, PSG and Madrid have been in a transfer tussle for almost three years. The Spanish want him, but the French don't want him to go and have been successful in previous attempts.

This season will undoubtedly be his final season in Paris after seven years at the club since joining in 2017 after helping AS Monaco to the Ligue 1 title.

Per Foot Mercato, an agreement was reached as early as January over his move to Madrid, despite denial from all parties involved, as they want to maintain secrecy.

Mbappe laughs off Arsenal move

The Spanish capital club are not the only club interested in signing the French national team captain. Premier League clubs, including Chelsea and Liverpool, also monitor his situation.

As seen in a video shared on X by Arsenal fan Mikey Pouli, he accosted Mbappe after PSG’s 3-1 win over OGC Nice in the French Cup and asked him to come to London.

He laughed off the request, and when the fan proceeded to mention his idol, Thierry Henry, the 25-year-old claimed, “It’s too cold” in London, stylishly confirming he was not interested.

The 2018 World Cup winner is seen as football's next biggest superstar after Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo and has already taken giant strides in the sport.

The move to Real Madrid is seen as the final step in his career to elevate him to superstardom and help him win his desired Ballon d'Or.

PSG eye Rashford to replace Mbappe

Sports Brief analysed five options PSG can consider after reportedly eyeing Marcus Rashford to replace Mbappe when the winger finally leaves Parc des Princes.

Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli is one of the options the French champions can look at, as he is stylistically and positionally similar to Mbappe.
