Mosimane's squad received an early advantage when Wehda's Waleed Bakshween was shown a red card after 22 minutes.

Sports Brief earlier reported that Mosimane won a FIFA dispute against Al Ahli and is expected to get millions of Rands in compensation.

He alleged that the club had not fulfilled their earlier agreement to pay him an R2.8 million incentive if they were promoted to the SPL.

The club had reportedly agreed to pay him an additional R1.4 million if he won the division title.
