The club is still 17th in the Saudi Pro League table, albeit narrowing the gap to the non-relegation spots to just two points. They take on 15-placed Al Riyadh at the Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Stadium on March 30.
Mosimane's first win came on March 1, with a 2-0 triumph over Al-Tai at the Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Stadium. However, a humbling 3-0 defeat followed nine days later at the hands of Steven Gerrard's Al-Ettifaq at the Abdullah Al Dabil Stadium.
As reported by The South African, the former Al Ahly boss inked a short-term four-month deal with the Saudi club and was tasked primarily with steering the club clear of relegation.
The 59-year-old must ensure Abha capitalizes on their remaining home games of the season. Notable opponents such as Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Fateh are scheduled to visit the Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Stadium before the season concludes.
