With the tournament reaching its crunch stages, Sports Brief looks at which teams remain in the competition and when the draw for the quarter-final, semi-final and final will take place.

When is the Champions League draw?

The draw for the next round of games will take place on March 15 in Switzerland and will decide who plays each other in the final eight, EuroSport reported.

The semi-final games will also be drawn on that day, and fans will get an idea of who could face whom in the final four.

There are no longer country restrictions at the quarter-final stage, so two sides from the same nation could face off against each other.

When will the games be played?

The first leg of the quarter-final fixtures will occur on April 9 and 10, while the second leg will be contested on April 16 and 17.

The first leg of the semi-final will be on April 30 and May 1, while the second leg will be on May 7 and 8. The final will be held at Wembley on June 1.

Which teams have qualified?

So far, four teams have booked their place in the final eight.

Defending champions Manchester City, French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain, Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, and La Liga giants Real Madrid are all into the next round. Madrid have won the competition the most out of any team in history, bagging 14 Champions League titles.

Who could still qualify?

Eight other sides still have a chance to book their place in the tournament's quarter-final.

Arsenal will take on Porto, with the Portuguese side holding a 1-0 advantage, while Barcelona will face Napoli. That game is tied at 1-1.

Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan are also evenly poised, with the Italian side holding a 1-0 lead. Borussia Dortmund go into their second leg against PSV with both sides tied at one goal each.
