Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka Reaches Double Milestone, Joins Elite Group in Premier League

• Bukayo Saka reached 50 assists for Arsenal in the 6-0 over Sheffield United
• The Hale End graduate has also scored over 50 goals for the title contenders
• Only five Premier League stars have reached that milestone since his debut

Bukayo Saka assisted Declan Rice in scoring Arsenal's fifth goal in the first half, and it was his 50th for the club since making his debut on November 29, 2018.

To add to his assist tally, he has 54 goals for the Gunners, joining five other Premier League stars who have achieved this feat of 50+ goals and 50+ assists since he was promoted to the first team by Unai Emery.

He is one of the league's best players, and it is not surprising he features on a list of attacking numbers. The Belgian playmaker has scored 63 goals and provided 109 assists for his Manchester City teammates since November 2018.

2. Mohamed Salah

Even before you check the numbers, you can be sure Salah has scored the most goals in that time, but an incredible thing to note is that he has provided the same number of assists as De Bruyne. The Egyptian has 159 goals and 109 assists. Per Goal, he has the most PL assists by an African player.

3. Son Heung-min

Tottenham Hotspur captain, Son, is on this list but not his former strike partner, Harry Kane, because the South Korean balances scoring and assisting. He has 111 goals and 60 assists for the North London side in that period.

4. Riyad Mahrez

The Algerian was part of the Leicester City squad that won the Premier League title in the 2015/16 season. He moved to Manchester City in 2018, and before leaving for Saudi Arabia at the end of last season, he recorded 84 goals and 59 assists.

5. Bruno Fernandes

The Portuguese magnifico joined Manchester United in January 2020, and he has been incredible in terms of attacking returns for the club. The former Sporting midfielder has scored 71 goals and provided 63 assists.

Ferdinand downplays Saka's status
