According to The Mirror, the forward's career started 75 years ago in 1949.

It is understood that the former RAF veteran plays three times a week, and averages a hat-trick in each of those matches.

Last week, he had a special outing after he scored five goals to mark his 90th birthday.

Mike Fisher details his love for the game

Nicknamed Ninja by his teammates, Fisher has previously expressed his love for football and disclosed that he has sometimes scored as many as 10 goals in a single match.

"I still love football and I'll keep going for as long as I can - or at least while I'm still scoring on a regular basis. That feeling of scoring goals never gets old - even if I am."
He added: "I've lost count of how many I've scored but I get four or five a game. A few times, I have scored ten in a match."

Despite his advanced age, the free-scoring striker is keen to play until his 91st birthday, per the BBC.

Fisher celebrated his recent birthday with his teammates at Sneyd Community Association.

He began playing walking football when he was 82 years old.

Top 10 oldest players in the world

Earlier, Sports Brief also reported on the top 10 oldest footballers playing professionally in the English Premier League this season, including James Milner.

The utility player is one of the most successful, if not the most successful, on the list, with three Premier League titles and a Champions League title, among others.

Chelsea veteran, Thiago Silva, recently made history as the oldest-ever player to feature for the Blues in their 4-1 clash with Newcastle United on November 26.
