Finidi’s advice to Nwabali
During an interview with reporters from the Nigerian football league, as reported by OwnGoalNigeria, the 52-year-old emphasised the need for the goalkeeper to depart from Chippa United in favour of a higher-profile club.
"I believe he should seek opportunities elsewhere. The career of a footballer is short, typically 10 to 12 years without injuries. You must make the most of it, as life after football is long, and regret is common among retired players who didn't plan ahead."
"The best decision now will lead to a better future. If there's an offer from Europe or Asia with better pay, I think he has to go.”
