Kaizer Chiefs have been dumped out of this season's Nedbank Cup, and fans are demanding answers from the club owner and founder, Kaizer Motaung.
After an extraordinary 120 minutes at the FNB Stadium on Sunday evening, Milford FC pulled off the unthinkable to win the tie via a penalty shootout.
Amakhosi blew away several chances in the encounter, which they dominated from start to finish.
They made an impressive start, with forward Ashley Du Preez hitting the woodwork in the seventh minute before Edson Castillo's attempt was cleared off the line moments later.

It was goalless at halftime, with Chiefs increasing their pace in the second half.
Just like the first, Cavin Johnson's side failed to break the deadlock in the second 45 minutes and the match proceeded into extra-time.
Chiefs could not capitalise after the visitors were reduced to ten men when defender Vsusmuzi Mthabela received a second booking in the 111th minute.
They further blew their best chance to win it when goalkeeper Siphamandla Hleza denied Ranga Chivaviro from the penalty spot in regulation time.
Milford eventually secured a 5-4 win via penalty shootout to knock Chiefs out in the Round of 32.
The Amakhosi trophy drought continues as the last time they won a major title was in 2015.

"Not a single Motaung will be available for interviews this week."
Another added:
"Kaizer Motaung Senior must consider getting outsiders to run the club because his children have failed him. Needing a penalty shootout to go through against a 3rd tier team while you play a full strength line up?"
A fan wrote:
"Kaizer Motaung must sell that team to someone who can hopefully manage it better. Kaizer’s kids know nothing about running a football team."
Cavin Johnson expresses disappointment
Sports Brief earlier reported that Kaizer Chiefs' interim coach, Johnson, expressed deep disappointment following his team's elimination from the Nedbank Cup by second-tier Milford FC.
Reflecting on the match, Johnson rued missed chances and stressed the need to regroup and focus on upcoming league fixtures.
He acknowledged the disappointment felt within the team but stressed the importance of maintaining determination despite setbacks.
